1. Applicability
By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing
All prices are listed in
Euro (€) and include 21% VAT for orders within the EU.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once a delivery address has been entered.
For international deliveries, local duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are at the customer's expense.
3. Customs Charges (Non-EU Orders)
Customers outside the European Union may incur customs charges at delivery.
These charges — which may include import duties, VAT, handling fees, or a combination — are not our responsibility and are non-refundable.
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.
4. Payment
All card payments are securely processed via Stripe.
5. Shipping Policy
Orders will always be sent on Monday and Friday from Brussels, Belgium. Take this into account when you buy your purchase.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout.
We work with trusted carriers:Bpost, DHL Express, UPS, and DPD, depending on the destination.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as strikes, public holidays, or seasonal congestion (e.g., Christmas) at courier services.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive
a track & trace code.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay after dispatch, nor for additional costs outside of the EU.
6. Return
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Clear photos of the issue
A short description of the problem
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.
We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur after your order has been shipped.
8 . Jurisdiction
All agreements and purchases are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
